The AS440 is an analogue, 2-phase sensing, self-excited automatic voltage regulator (AVR). The AS440 incorporates Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to its design. The AS440 is supplied as standard to the STAMFORD® S4 and STAMFORD® HC5 alternators and is an option for the STAMFORD® UC22 and UC27 alternators. -
The AS480 is an analogue, 2-phase sensing, self-excited automatic voltage regulator (AVR) incorporating an interface for the optional Excitation Boost System (EBS) for improved motor starting performance and sustained short circuit. The AS480 is provided as standard on STAMFORD® P0 and P1 alternators. -
The SX460 is an analogue, 2-phase sensing, self-excited automatic voltage regulator (AVR). The AVR is linked with the main stator windings and the exciter field windings to provide closed loop control of the output voltage. The SX460 is most commonly used on our UC range and are supplied as standard to the UC22 and UC27 alternators. -
The MX341 is an analogue, 2-phase sensing, permanent magnet generator (PMG) powered automatic voltage regulator (AVR) providing isolation from the effects of non-linear loads. It has improved motor starting performance and sustained short circuit current. The MX341 is provided as standard for the STAMFORD® P6, STAMFORD® P7 and STAMFORD® S7 alternators. -
The MX321 is an analogue, 3-phase sensing, permanent magnet generator (PMG) powered automatic voltage regulator (AVR) providing isolation from the effects of non-linear loads, improved motor starting performance and sustained short circuit current. The MX321 is provided as standard for the STAMFORD® S6 and HC6 alternators and can also be provided as an option across the STAMFORD® range. -
